• Do they quickly address interpersonal and other issues when they arise?
• Is your team free of overt or covert hostility?

Group 2

• Does your team miss deadlines?
• Are people dragging their feet?
• Do they have repeated safety issues?
• Does it take longer to get things done because the “buy-in” you thought you had was just “smoke and mirrors”?
