Beth Wolfson is Executive Forum’s vice president. She holds Master Trainer status in Crucial Conversations®, Crucial Confrontations™, and Influencer:  The Power to Change Anything™ and has brought these courses to thousands of individuals and over a hundred organizations.  Beth is frequently asked to provide keynotes and workshops to local, state, and national organizations. Beth is people-centric and results-focused which creates great relationships as she interacts with clients. She brings over 21 years of leadership experience from an industry that has gone through tremendous change due to the application of technology, regulatory reform, and increased competition in the market. She understands that organizations need to have access to cutting edge and innovative ideas in order to thrive. Beth excels in facilitating process improvement teams, implementing creative organizational solutions, and designing programs that lead to the desired results. Beth is effective in mediation, conflict management, and alternative dispute resolution. Beth operates on her personal philosophy that one person can make a difference in any organization. She proves it every day, not only for Executive Forum but also for her clients. At one large off-site executive and management retreat, Beth was a lone voice reminding attendees that individual perspectives differ from one another. Because of the conversation that ensued from her comments, an organization-wide effort was launched to nurture customer loyalty, resulting in 95% customer satisfaction. High energy, caring, and compassionate, Beth views her life as an opportunity to grow.
