THE DEVELOPMENT TOOL
Executive Forum’s Media library is a development tool designed to make the Leadership Series™ content useful and relevant for all employees. This site combines the Leadership Series™ program material with teaching tools and the resources of the video library to bring relevant and valuable educational resources into the workplace.
Each Leadership Series™ program includes a written program summary, MP3 file, video file (08/09 series and current), quotes, discussion questions and outside resources.
If you have
30 Minutes - Utilize the quote to spark conversation . They can be written on a white board or flip chart for employees to respond to, whether or not you plan to use the video. You may also use the quote in an email – or as a screen saver.
60 minutes – Ask the warm up- questions, play selected segments of the video, and then use the discussion questions to process the information.
90 minutes – Use the 30 minute activity, then play the program video. You may pause the video to take breaks, or have a detailed discussion.
Four Hours - Use the 30 minute activity, then play the program video. You may pause the video to take breaks, or have a detailed discussion. Use the remaining time to discuss the content, brainstorm the ways to implement changes regarding vital behaviors, attitudes or process changes.
