What is A Solutions Model?
It is a new course being developed by EXECUTIVE FORUM and our partners. We are excited about the class and the potential it will offer our clients to continue building their toolkit with the right tools for each situation.
It is a 4- hour course, that can stand alone, or build on to iLoveFeedback©. A Solutions Model teaches a communication model that targets joint problem solving and results oriented processes.
